Portumna Retirement Village enjoyed further success at the NHI Care Awards held at City West on 15th November. Portumna Retirement Village finished as Runners Up in two catagories, - Ancillary Worker, and Community Involvement. There were a total of 315 entries and therefore the result was very credible. Speaking at the event, Tony Williams (owner of Portumna Retirement Village) praised the dedication of all staff to the servcie that is provided to the residents and the community in Portumna. This was the first year that Portumna Retirement Village had been nominated for the awards.
